Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Onsight Climbing LLC are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or products that are no longer wanted.

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, sizing information, quantities, shipping details, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been submitted. We may, at our sole discretion, accommodate a cancellation or modification request if the order has not yet entered processing, but we do not guarantee that such requests can be completed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

The all-sales-final policy does not apply when:

  • The wrong product was shipped;

  • The product arrived materially damaged;

  • The product contains a material manufacturing defect; or

  • A remedy is otherwise required by applicable law.

You must notify us through our store contact page within seven calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or defect.

Do not discard the product or its original packaging while the claim is being reviewed.

After reviewing the claim, Onsight Climbing LLC may, as appropriate and subject to applicable law:

  • Replace the affected product;

  • Provide store credit;

  • Issue a partial or full refund; or

  • Deny the claim if the product is not defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Normal wear, cosmetic variation, misuse, improper storage, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, and damage occurring after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except when required by law or when the refund results from an error by Onsight Climbing LLC.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, address errors entered by the customer, unclaimed packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer’s responsibility.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not send merchandise back without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived. Where applicable law requires a different result, that law will control.
